Who we are
Desmond McCarthy
Desmond began his professional journey with a chemistry degree from the College of William and Mary. However, his passion for analytics and client engagement shifted his career path, leading him to a dedicated role in supporting the federal sector.
After completing his MBA from George Washington University in 2008, Desmond immersed himself in identity management. He spearheaded large-scale initiatives supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and Department of State. With over two decades of experience in program management and finance, and more than ten years specifically in identity management, Desmond possesses a wealth of expertise.
In 2020, Desmond heeded the call of the entrepreneur within and founded Rexley LLC. Outside of his professional pursuits, he resides in Fairfax, VA, with his wife and three children. Desmond can often be found coaching and enthusiastically cheering for his children's soccer, basketball, and volleyball games.

A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Patrick's military background has instilled a unique strength and integrity into his leadership style.
